Nowadays most of the youngster’s dream, desire and everything is to buy an iPhone and the reason for that is nothing but just to show off. But the cost of an iPhone is too high and some can’t afford it, so what they do is they look up on the internet for some refurbished one’s at a low price or used mobiles at OLX or Quickr.
And some frauds out there use our desire as a business idea by giving away brand-new iPhones at much affordable price say 10k. They claim it to be 100% original. But the chance of you getting ripped off is 90:10, the 10% are the one’s that claim it to be a cloned or used one. But the rest of em’ are just “FRAUDS”.
Just assume you have the money to buy a genuinely new and company certified smartphone at a price range of 15-20k, but you go out to buy a used mobile so that you can show off, so here’s the truth for you guys you end up getting cheated. Let me brief it.
One of my friend’s long time desire was to buy an iPhone just like you guys. But he can’t afford it and he asked some guys to suggest some Ideas or a place where he can buy second hand or cloned iPhones at a low price and he got many but the majority of them told him to stick with a second-hand model rather than buying a cloned one. So he looked up in OLX was he found some dealer who was selling iPhone 11 at 20k.
He was surprised to see( yeah everyone with that desire would) and asked the dealer how can he sell a new product which was just launched in the market at such a low price. And the dealer told him that these were imported from Dubai and the seal of the box is broken and the earphones aren’t available but three months seller and one-year apple warranty is still available, so we are forced to sell it at such a low and we only have one piece available and I’m getting a lot of request’s and I don’t know to whom I’m gonna sell it. And my friend said that he’ll take it for 25k and immediately the dealer agreed and said that he was the highest claim.
My friend asked for his acc. details to pay him online but the dealer refused it and told him that only cash on delivery is available and my friend thought that dealer to be a gentleman and he agreed to his terms. The 5th day of December 2019 he received his mobile and started to spam Instagram with stories and stuff he’s doing with his iPhone. And exactly on the 12th of January 2020, he was surprised to see that the fingerprint sensor was not working. The first call he made was to the seller to claim the seller warranty but the seller was no longer using that sim. So next he called the customer service and gave his warranty ticket number and we have no surprise here they said that please give us a valid ticket number or give us your IMEI number. He gave them his IMEI number and they reply was your phone isn’t registered with apple so please visit the nearest apple store or communicate with the seller. And he took is mobile to the nearest apple store and the result was that it was a clone mobile which worth is 10k and not more. And we have a conclusion.
If your gonna buy a product at a low price just ask your self “Will I sell this product at this price?” if your not gonna sell a product at a price which is 80% lower than the market price, then you shouldn’t buy that product. If you wanna buy a product at a low price you should go to a virtual location where you can meet the seller, If a seller is hiding his identity then he’s not a genuine seller. There’s a quote which goes on like “If you can’t find an Idiot in a sale, then you are the idiot” These sellers portray themselves as idiots to us and make us the idiot. Finally, A product which is sold 10% less than it’s market price can be bought online, but if sold 35%+ your surely gonna be ripped off. This is a real-life incident. A man can only be cheated once in his life. After that he learns his life lesson and his job is to make people aware of things like these, He made me aware and I’m making you and what are you gonna do?
