                         The online gaming industry is emerging as a significant part of a mainstream entertainment industry.  This particular domain has experienced rapid growth over the last few years. According to recent reports by Maple Capital Advisors, the Indian gaming industry is predicted to be valued of over $3.7 billion by 2024. Currently, there are over 400 gaming-startups in India and mobile gaming has captured 80% shares of the countries online gaming industry. The main reason for this rapid growth is because of the over usage of smartphones and the change in society’s attitude towards gaming and the expanding growth of the young population in our country. Business apart, now there are a lot of people out there who oppose and spread cons about online gaming, I agree with you guys yes there are a lot of cons but the pros must also be told, so buckle up and lets head right there.

The pros given below are not my own suggestions, these are scientifically proven benefits of online gaming.

                         Strategy and Puzzle-solving games are some of the good genres of games which helps you improve your problem-solving ability, not only those almost every game involves some planning and innovative thinking to move onto the next level. Video games can be a great way to test and train to problem-solving ability. Ex: in GTA: Vice City the remote chopper mission was one of the hardest mission till date only a few people were able to complete it, many people even quit the game just because of that mission, that particular mission tests your patience and a decision making ability every time you fail that mission you think of a different method to complete it and you train yourself and finally complete it thereby improving your patience, decision making, problem-solving, and the motive “Never Quit”.

                          Another research states that online games also leads to frustration and anxiety. I’ll give you a live example a 12th student from Punjab I think spent 1.2 million in PUBG to buy skins and stuff from his parents account without their knowledge when I heard this news I was like come on man you could have bought two polos with that money?. People like him are a bad influence on society. But just remember, games can be challenging but are meant to be fun too, so don’t take games too serious it’s not worth the show.

                           Stress relief is the main reason why we all play games, right. We get back from a lot day at college/work and unwind the stress by playing games. We kind of feel relieved of what is holding.  A recent study has shown that people playing Online Rummy with virtual money, of course, showing lower stress level, and another study has shown that people playing online Rummy with physical money end up falling into suicidal depression. Video games are also being used in hospitals to distract patients from pain.

                          Video games help us escape out of our world of stress and anxieties and drop us in a world of fantasy where we feel more self-confident, more powerful and we live a life what we always dreamt of. Well, there are some people who get completely get lost in the virtual world and failing to enjoy that real world, failing their responsibilities and end up in depression. As said earlier don’t take games too serious.

To be a better entrepreneur or a developer you need to focus on the client's requirements and understand them to give out a product/project that satisfies em’.
